frequently and wine and beer shipments are highly regulated by authorities. It’s
important to verify that you can indeed ship wine and beer to certain states.
Some states allow unrestricted shipments, others allow certain volume and
frequency, and some prohibit shipments altogether.
Important Information:
- Craft beer and wine can freeze. We do our best to make sure your shipment doesn't freeze by using insulated shippers during the winter months. Additionally, craft beer and wine can be impacted by exposure to extreme heat. However, LiquidGratitude.Com is NOT responsible for weather related damage. Common carriers do not provide temperature controlled trucks. The customer assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of LiquidGratitude.Com or the common carrier.
- Wine or beer purchased from Liquid Gratitude.Com is sold in the state of Washington. At the time of purchase ownership passes to the buyer in the state of Washington. The buyer accepts sole responsibility for the shipment of their wine or beer from Washington State to their selected destination.
- By placing this order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.
- The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine or beer. We make no representations concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine or beer into any state outside Washington.
- List of states where we can ship are subject to change.
- Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.
- When the alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Sales Tax:
Buy purchasing from Liquid Gratitude you are accepting ownership of the products in the state of Washington. As a result, Washington state sales tax will be applied to each sale.
Packaging Information:
Up to twelve 750 ml bottles can be shipped in one box. Orders of 13 bottles or more will incur an additional handling charge. That charge covers the shipping charge for the additional box. All of our products are packaged in environmentally friendly, molded pulp fiber to ensure safe delivery.
Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your experience or if your items are damaged in transit, we’ll be happy to exchange them. Please contact sales@liquidgratitude.com if there are other reasons you need to return the product. Our goal is to have happy, loyal customers!
Vintage Substitutions:
On occasion vintage substitutions may be made based on availability. We will substitute an item of greater or equal value, so you will still receive the quality you deserve and enjoy. We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date but if there’s an issue, we will contact you via e-mail immediately regarding your order.
Shipping and Processing Time:
We’ll make every effort to ship your product within 48 hours. Some product may require additional time due to availability. We will notify you by e-mail if there will be an extended delay.
UPS Delivery:
Liquid Gratitude.Com utilizes UPS shipping and your shipment can take from one to five days to arrive. Adult signature (21 years of age) is required upon delivery. If the recipient is not home, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If the shipment is returned to Liquid Gratitude.Com, the customer will incur the additional cost of shipping. Consider sending your wine or beer to a business address to assure fastest delivery. We will do our best to make sure your shipping experience is effortless. UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally.
