  6. Back in 2011 my parent found a property right under $63k in a terrible area.
    Since Los Angeles Real Estate was great around that time in which I heard it’s now over 6x as much in a shit area.
    I’m very interested in Real Estate Investing more so than other things and very young.
    What books are recommended?

I am doing everything your telling me, and now I am going to be saving that 2 grand you told me to save … Then this investment thing..Hoping in the end.. I will be way better out than I was when I started!

  8. I think the fluctuation in the USA regarding rent is much higher then in the Netherlands. We alsmost never go down in rent, really: never! So when u buy a property you can find out what a good rent price is. When u dont over charge u might lose one monthe every 3 years due to changing persons who rents.

    The biggest problem here is the financing of properties, its really hard.. still trying to figure out the best way.

  9. So i got my first property but not enough money to renovate even with a home warranty, since credit interest is going up what can i do to renovate before renting? in the current shape i dont see anyone wanting to pay more than what I pay

  11. Yeah unless your real estate ends up in bubble somewhere in the ghost town which means you will end up with bunch of unsellable bricks and rocks. Real estate is a bubble and bubbles burst. Their current value doesnt come nowhere near their true value, besides In USA you dont own anything ever. Try not to pay the property tax and i will show you the real owners. Property tax for a home in america almost amount to rent in some places in eastern europe. What kind of ownership is that?
